These terms govern your use of portaproductions.com and any enquiry, booking or message you exchange with Porta Productions, a real estate and brand media studio in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas, owned and operated by Ariel Porta. By using this site or contacting us, you agree to them.

What we do

We produce photography, video, aerial imagery, 3D tours and related media for real estate agents, property owners, builders and businesses. Scope, deliverables, price and timeline for any particular job are agreed in writing before the shoot and take precedence over anything on this page.

Enquiries and bookings

• Submitting the contact form or messaging us is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking exists once we confirm a date in writing.
• You are responsible for property access, and for telling us about pets, occupants, hazards or restrictions in advance.
• Weather may move an outdoor or aerial shoot. We will reschedule at the earliest workable date at no extra cost.

Payment

Invoices are issued through our booking platform and are due on delivery unless we agreed otherwise in writing. Finished media is licensed to you once the invoice is paid.

Text messages (SMS)

• By giving us your mobile number, or by texting our business line at (469) 436-2876, you agree that Porta Productions may send you text messages about your enquiry, your booking and your finished media.
• Message frequency varies and depends on your project. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call (469) 436-2876.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We never share or sell mobile numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Licence and ownership

Porta Productions retains copyright in all media we produce. On payment you receive a licence to use the finished media to market the property or business it was made for, including on the MLS, listing portals, your website and your social accounts. Resale, sublicensing to third parties, or use by another brokerage or vendor is not included unless we agree to it in writing. Do not crop out, overlay or remove our credit where one is applied.

We may show finished work in our own portfolio, website, social accounts and marketing. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not. There is no deadline on that request.

Aerial work

All aerial imagery is captured under FAA Part 107 rules by a certificated remote pilot. Some locations require airspace authorisation, which can delay or prevent a flight. We do not deliberately film neighbouring properties or identifiable people.

Cancellation

Tell us as early as you can. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a confirmed shoot, or a shoot we cannot complete because the property is not ready or not accessible, may be charged in part to cover the reserved time.

Your content

If you give us logos, floor plans, music or other material to include, you confirm you have the right to use it and you let us use it for your project.

Website

This site and its contents are provided as they are. We try to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is error free or always available. Prices and packages shown here may change.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or lost listings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
